These terms govern your use of the Guru SMS website and messaging services. By using our services you agree to these terms.
Use of services
You agree to use our SMS, WhatsApp, voice and related services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with TRAI regulations, DLT requirements, WhatsApp/Meta policies and applicable law. You must obtain valid consent from message recipients.
Acceptable use
You must not send spam, fraudulent, misleading, abusive or illegal content, or messages to recipients without lawful consent. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable regulations, or that risk our operator relationships.
Credits and payment
Services are provided on a prepaid credit basis unless otherwise agreed. Prices are as quoted. Applicable taxes (GST) are added. Credits are for use on our platform and are subject to our refund policy.
Delivery
We use premium routes to maximise delivery, but final delivery depends on operators, recipient handsets, DND status, DLT template matching and network conditions, which are outside our full control. Delivery-rate figures are typical, not guaranteed for every message.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guru SMS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount of credits paid for the affected service.
Changes
We may update these terms or our services from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
