How do I start sending bulk SMS or WhatsApp?
Call or WhatsApp us at +91-9853084604, or request a free demo on the contact page. We set up your account the same day, help with DLT registration, and most businesses send their first campaign within 24 to 48 hours.
Do I need any software or technical setup?
No. You can send from our easy web panel with an Excel upload. Developers can also use our REST API. Nothing to install.
What do I need to get started?
For DLT registration you need a GST certificate (or Udyam/shop licence), PAN, and an authorised signatory ID. We guide you through it free of charge.
DLT & Compliance
Is DLT registration mandatory?
Yes. TRAI requires every business sending commercial SMS in India to register on a DLT platform with approved sender IDs and templates. We complete the whole process with you at no charge.
Do OTP and transactional messages reach DND numbers?
Yes. Transactional messages and OTPs are permitted to DND-registered numbers under TRAI rules. Promotional messages follow DND and time-window rules.
Can I use my own brand name as the sender?
Yes. After DLT approval you get a 6-character branded sender ID (like GURSMS) that appears on every message so customers recognise you.
