What determines your rate
Monthly volume
The more you send, the lower your per-message rate. We quote slab-wise so you save automatically as you scale.
Channel & route
SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, voice and OTP are priced differently. Transactional and promotional SMS also use different routes.
Message type
Plain SMS, Unicode (regional language), and rich WhatsApp/RCS media each carry their own rate.
Add-ons
API, chatbot, dedicated number, IVR or white-label setup can be added to any plan as needed.
Pricing FAQs
Do you charge a setup or rental fee?
No setup fee for standard SMS and WhatsApp. Credits do not expire silently. Some add-ons like dedicated numbers or IVR carry a small monthly rental, always disclosed upfront in your quote.
Is there a minimum purchase?
Minimums are low and flexible — a single small shop can start affordably. Larger volume commitments unlock lower slab rates. Share your expected volume and we will recommend the most economical plan.
Why do you not show fixed prices?
Messaging rates depend on volume, channel, route and message type, and operator rates change periodically. A quick custom quote gives you an accurate, current rate rather than a misleading fixed number.
How do I pay?
You buy credits upfront via standard Indian payment methods, then spend as you send. Enterprise clients can arrange monthly billing. GST invoices are provided.
Can I upgrade or change channels later?
