TRAI registered and DLT compliant, we have delivered more than 200 million SMS and 225 million WhatsApp messages for 500+ clients, from neighbourhood shops to national brands.
Our story
Guru SMS began in a small office in Nageswari Nagar, Bhubaneswar, with a simple observation: local businesses wanted to message their customers the way big brands did, but the tools were priced and built for someone else. So we built our own platform, signed our first operator connections, and went door to door across the city explaining what a sender ID was. Many of those first clients are still with us.
Word travelled the way good service does - one client recommending us to the next. Schools in Cuttack led to colleges in Pune. A Rourkela retailer introduced us to a Mumbai logistics firm. Today we serve 500+ active clients in over 500 cities, have run more than 50,000 campaigns, and route traffic over 230+ direct operator connections - while keeping the pick-up-the-phone support culture we started with.
We believe enterprise-grade messaging should not be a metro privilege. A tuition centre in Berhampur deserves the same delivery rates, the same clean APIs and the same honest reporting as a bank in Bengaluru. That is the standard we hold ourselves to every day - and it is why businesses in tier-2 and tier-3 India, so often ignored by the big platforms, make up so much of our story.
